• That title will be satisfactory;
• That an indicated price will remain available;
• That a transaction will close within a particular period;
• That wells will be drilled or continue producing;
• Any amount of future production, royalties, or revenue; or
• Any particular tax, financial, or legal result.

5. Separate Transaction Documents

If you and OGI Minerals proceed with a potential transaction, you may be asked to enter into a separate purchase agreement, mineral deed, assignment, closing document, or other written agreement.

Those transaction documents will contain the specific terms governing the proposed transaction. If a provision of these Website Terms conflicts with a signed transaction document, the signed transaction document will control with respect to that transaction.
