Ashley Carnley is married to Ceth and they have two daughters. She is a long-time resident of Pagosa Springs, where she and her family are ranchers. Ashley has a background in the oil and gas industry, where she worked as a buyer for several years. She is now also involved in the deal flow side of the business for OGI Minerals.

Kezzie Searle has a bachelor’s degree in science and wildlife biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  She also completed her master’s in special education in December of 2021 from Colorado Christian University. She loves being active and spending time outdoors with her husband Ryder Searle and their two dogs Togo and Potato. As OGI Mineral’s buyer coordinator, she enjoys helping others and contributing to projects so that operations can run smoothly.

Having an extensive twenty-year background in office administration, with weighted experience in oil and gas document organization and management, made Anna a perfect match for us when joining the OGI family of companies in 2018. Her proficiency and tenacity for excellent client care have demonstrated her exceptional commitment to our company’s core values of integrity, helpfulness, and dedication. Anna enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends in every season, but especially loves spending time with her three grandsons!

ack is an Ohio State University alumnus of 1978, holding a certification as a Petroleum Geologist, with an extensive 46-year tenure in the oil and gas industry. A seasoned professional in mineral rights acquisition since 1990, with 34 years of expertise in the field. Thrives within the dynamics of a family business environment. Outside of professional pursuits, Jack actively engaged in pursuits such as Pickleball, golf, boating, hiking and spending time with his wife, 5 kids, and 11 grandchildren.

Dan is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Business Administration. He has founded two successful fiber optic companies in the Dallas area and has held leadership positions in Sales and Business Development within the Aerospace and Defense industries. With a passion for innovation and out-of-the-box solutions, Dan has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Dan is a proud father of three children and a loving grandfather of 8 grandchildren. He brings his wealth of experience and expertise to his work with Mineral Rights owners, always striving to provide the best solutions for their needs.

Ryder graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in Outdoor Leadership. He also got a Masters degree in Special Education. Ryder has extensive ties in the acquisition space starting in 2015. Ryder is a long distance runner, and he competed in the 2024 USA Marathon Olympic Trials with a qualifying time of 2:17:46. 

Rory, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas acquisition industry, is a Co-Founder of OGI Minerals based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. As a dedicated husband and father of three, Rory brings a well-rounded perspective to his role. His passion for both his work and personal life is evident in his diverse interests and pursuits. Beyond the boardroom, Rory finds joy in his faith, expressing his love for Jesus, and embracing the thrill of outdoor activities such as surfing, snowboarding, and camping. He likes to unwind by playing music, showcasing his creative side. Rory’s zest for life extends to his love for travel, exploring the world and enriching his understanding of the global Business landscape.

Ryan, has been making waves in the industry for over a decade and a half. Ryan is a co-founder of OGI Minerals, headquartered in Pagosa Springs, CO. A devoted family man, Ryan finds joy in his role as a husband and father to three children. His passions extend beyond the office, as he enthusiastically embraces an active lifestyle, blending his love for Jesus with pursuits like crossfit, snowboarding, and camping. Ryan’s zest for life also extends to his appreciation for music and a fervent desire to explore the world through travel. His journey in the oil and gas sector reflects not only a professional commitment but also a rich tapestry of personal interests that shape his multifaceted approach to both work and life.
